1.When you register, what should you do if your email or name shows "registered"?

When registering, you will often be prompted that this nickname has been registered. The reason for this phenomenon is that the nickname is already occupied by the user. At this time, you only need to re-select a unique nickname.



2.What should you do when the mail address is prompted to be registered when you register?

If prompted that the mailbox has been registered, it is recommended that you carefully recall whether you have registered before, and if you forget the password, you can get the password back.



3.Basic Settings

After entering the membership center, you can modify personal information, headshot, password, e-mail and other information. 



4.Upload your design. As long as you meet the recommended standards, your design will be promoted in the following channels:

(1)Recommended in the official website,

(2)Released on the social software platform: LinkedIn,Twitter,Instagram and so on,

(3)It will be sent to subscriber's mailbox by mail.

5.What are the requirements for the uploaded design?

The design must be original, with high quality live-action shooting.and a unique design style.And it has no advertising quality watermark (such as the ID for LinkedIn,Twitter,Instagram and so on.) It is recommended that the width of the photo is not less than 1000 pixels.


6.Why the picture is not clear or deformed after uploaded?

The picture is displayed in the ratio of 1:1. When uploading, please upload the 623*623 pixel's square picture according to the prompt.


7. Why can't find products or articles after uploading?

Products or articles need to be audited after uploaded.Products or articles that do not pass the audit will not be shown. You can see the status of product review in the product management of the member center.


8.Who can I contact if there are any questions?

(1)You can contact with the online customer service.

(2)You can find "contact us" in the help center of the website navigation at the bottom of the web page.

(3)Find the "Customer Service "at the top of the webpage,and you will see the "Help".Go into the help center and contact us.


9.How can apply for catalogue from the brand owner?

After logging into the account, open the product you want ,click the "Request catalogue" at the right side of the product and fill in the information as prompted. After audit, we will send your application to the brander. After the brander reply, you can check it in the message center of the member center. 


10.Where can check the requirements from customers?

Go into the member center and find the information center. You can check the messages in "Request For Production Information"


11.About the collection.

For products: After logging into the account, open the product you want ,click the "Collection" under the product.You can choose which group you want to add.

For articles : At present, we only open the products collection, and will carry out the articles collection soon.


12.How can contact with the Brander?

After logging into the account, open the product you want ,click the "Request contact of local distributor" at the right side of product and fill in the information as prompted. After audit, we will send your application to the brander. And the brander or local distributor will contact you directly.
